Hi Jos,
I just wanted to congratulate you and your organisation for the services you provide and the professional and friendly way you do it.

I don't know how we survived when you were not in our business life.

We recently used your services in a case where Marie helped with a letter and advice initially and even one of your team, Marena came to Orange to represent us and she was amazing and with the help of our team here we had a great result and a deserving result. However one never knows what will be the outcome when dealing with such disputes.

Please pass on our thanks to both of them and the rest of your team for the outstanding job they do. Shelley also says she can't believe how great your offer and value is to our businesses.
