The 'DBIFT' initiative has been developed to educate parents and other adults on the problem of secondary supply.

It advises adults that they have a responsibility when considering the purchase of alcohol beverages for underage teenagers.

The in-store posters highlight the penalties that exist (they vary from state to state) and act as a reminder for the adult and liquor store staff member that there are serious consequences if they do supply alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age.

Different posters have been produced showing the fines for each state.
