Award Interpretation and Wages Updates We have an understanding of national and state awards and we are able to interpret complicated award clauses. We also keep wage tables updated on our website. National and State Industrial Relations and Employment Updates Whenever there are legislative amendments or new laws we advise our Members promptly on how they may be affected. Termination of Employment and Counseling We assist with Counseling and Dismissal issues including claims for unfair dismissal. Policies and Procedures We have developed a workplace policies and procedures handbook to assist Members to manage their workplaces. Seminars MGA has an annual program of events which includes workplace relations information sessions and functions. Submissions MGA makes written and verbal submissions to Federal and State Government Inquiries and Reviews on issues that may affect our Members' businesses.
