Victorian State Government COVID-19 Training Course Now Available

Working in a COVID-19 environment in the service and
personal services industries

 

In response to COVID-19, the Victorian Government has developed a short, online course for businesses and workers in the service and personal services industries.

This course aims to support the safety of staff, customers, and the general public more broadly, by providing information on the current COVID-19 situation and how this might impact your business and your job role.

This course contains information and related questions on the following topics:

  • Understanding COVID-19
  • Workplace health and safety a COVID-19 environment
  • Preparing the workplace
  • Operating the business

To access the course, please visit https://rtw.educationapps.vic.gov.au/ where you are able to register and complete this course.

Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Completion detailing the topics that have been covered in the course.

Please note that Victorian Government requirements, including the use of face masks/coverings, are being regularly updated in order to meet the advice provided by the Department of Health and Human Services. For the most up to date advice on this as well as for other COVID-19 related information, please visit https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus.
