The Basic Food Handling course has been developed for delivery to all staff involved in food businesses where there is a requirement for staff to have the skills and knowledge for the work they are doing.
This course meets the minimum requirements for food handling staff under Australian Standard 3.2.2, the requirement for staff to have the necessary knowledge and skills for safe storage, processing, display, packaging, transportation, disposal and recall of food.

This is non-accredited training.
COURSE DELIVERY AND ASSESSMENT
At the completion of the online learning material there is an online test to be completed. The course will be reallocated if your result is not yet competent. MGA trainers are available if you require assistance.
